Electronic Signatures
eSignare provides tools for electronic signature workflows, including document upload, signing requests, signer authentication, audit trails, completed PDFs, Certificates of Completion™, and Trust Center™ verification. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of electronic signatures is appropriate for their specific transaction.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for uploading accurate documents, entering correct signer information, sending requests only to authorized recipients, and maintaining access to their workspace credentials.
Signer Responsibilities
Signers are responsible for reviewing documents before signing, confirming their intent to sign, and using accurate information during the signing process.
Documents and Records
eSignare may store documents, signatures, audit events, verification IDs, timestamps, certificates, receipts, and related records to support platform operation, completion proof, and verification.
Billing and Upgrades
Trial access, paid plans, upgrades, billing history, and receipts may be managed through the customer workspace. Stripe integration and subscription billing may be added as part of the official launch workflow.
Acceptable Use
Users may not misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, interfere with service security, attempt unauthorized access, or use eSignare for fraudulent or deceptive activity.
