Every paid eSignare plan includes secure document preparation, signing workflows, Audit Trail, Certificate of Completion™, Trust Center™ verification, and English/Spanish access. Applicable taxes are added where required.
Annual subscriptions are billed in advance. Included usage still resets monthly and unused capacity does not roll over.
One signing request counts as one usage event even when it has multiple recipients. Bulk Send counts each resulting signing request. API-created requests consume the same Enterprise allowance. Unused monthly signing requests and video sessions do not roll over. Annual billing does not provide a yearly usage bucket. When included monthly capacity is reached, additional usage is blocked until reset or a permitted plan/capacity change; eSignare does not automatically bill overages.
